Channel: ETC & OTC

Report to: National Sales Manager

· Develop & implement business strategies & action plans for the assigned territories

· Develop detailed business plans & propose business improvement in the assigned territories

· Identify and analyze competition, all relevant information relating to business growth opportunities both territorially and regionally

· Manage and utilize selling expenses and manpower through the SMART business plan

· Assign target for each assigned employees feasibly & reasonably based on the potential territories& resources

· Coach & monitor Sales Rep‘s performance in terms of their business plan & assigned target

· Cascade internal information included in the promotion program/marketing campaigns of the company to the sales team to make sure timely & proper implement

· Lead & manage the assigned Sales Rep resources

· Be responsible for instructing & monitoring the Sales Rep team’s strict implementation of the Company’s regulations, policies & rules relating to business & customers

· Develop & maintain good relationship with customers & support Sales Rep to approach customers

· Validate customer database, build up KOL network

· Gather feedback from customers & handle/report to the National Sales Manager for solutions

· Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage assigned territories to meet/exceed the target

· Plan business travel schedule & prepare monthly required reports

* Net Salary: 25M - 30M + incentive + 13th salary

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum two (2) years in sales and people management with pharma company, experience with both ETC and OTC
• Pharmacist Diploma.
• Good IT knowledge as a system user
• Proven records in HCPs management, Field Force management and in personnel development
• Strong oral and written communication skill (Vietnamese and English)
• An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
• High capability for working independently
• Good presentation and coaching skill
