JOB PURPOSE: Consult clients/ farmers on technical expertise of animal production, especially in swine, in order to support the Commercial Department in increasing sales volume.
DUTIES:

  • Provide customers with technical advice about livestock management, veterinary, and nutrition
  • Consult customers to use ADM feed products
  • Support sales team to develop market share
  • Organize seminars for technology transfer to farms
  • Do training/ coaching for technical and commercial team members
  • Promote products and company image to customers
  • Supervise the working of the employees

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or livestock engineer
  • Language: English (Intermediate level)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience in swine production, a good understanding of the feed market.
  • Management skill
  • A good team player
  • Communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and working under high-pressure
  • Attitude: Positive, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic in work
