Mô tả công việc

- Create the daily work plan and work instructions for safe and smooth operation.

- Daily communications with customers and business partners.

- Manage the team to comply with internal measures and regulations.

- Manage the team to carry out the work plan in expected progress.

- Communication with outsourcing company such as Security Guards.

- Create harmony among the team and implement healthy work environment.

- Cooperate with relevant authorities (Fire Dept. Police, Health Authority etc.)

- Take initiative action for development and build up trust from business partners.

- Clarification of internal documents and operational vouchers.

- Accumulation of KPI data and carry out KAIZEN activities.

- Support daily administrative work and clarify daily, monthly data handling.

- Follow strictly to management instructions and perform utmost to provide the effective result for the Company.

- Create daily, weekly, monthly reports required by management.

- Daily communication with HCM Head Office.

- Interactive performance to all related parties, internal and external.

- Fact findings and troubleshooting by communicating closely with management.

- Conduct necessary meetings and create minutes for record.

- Carry out any other work-related instructions from the Company.

- Support for Business Development with Management.

- Conduct employee performance reviews.

- Develop good customer relationships."

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 8 years of working experience in warehouse, logistic field as the same position is plus

- Age: > 30 Years old

- Candidates location: Long Hau Province or nearby Long Hau Industry is prefer

- Staring working time: ASAP

- Good communicate in English at work
