Generate drawings based on architectural models.
Develop advanced-level Revit families suitable for 2D/3D visualization and ready for integration with MEP disciplines.
Continuously create, update, and refine BIM models and drawings throughout the entire project life cycle.
Uphold the integrity and uphold high-quality standards for BIM models and drawings.
Adhere to internal modeling standards and work planning guidelines.
Collaborate closely with international colleagues to coordinate modeling efforts, deliverables, and any necessary modifications.

Qualifications:

Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Accumulate 2-5 years of experience in a similar professional role.
Demonstrate a proven track record of working with BIM software and its supporting tools.
Exhibit a strong proficiency in Revit and Dynamo.
Have hands-on experience with collaborative BIM platforms and common data environments, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Possess a good command of the English language, with additional proficiency in languages like Spanish, French, German, or Italian being advantageous.
Maintain an exceptional attention to detail.
Display robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
