Mô tả công việc

  • Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitors’ movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for brand planning.
  • Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution.
  • Get closed to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
  • Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
  • Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch.
  • Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major.
  • At least 3-year experience in the same position, withinFoods industry is a big plus.
  • Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral in English, good communication in Vietnamese is a plus.
