Ø Assist COO to prepare the annual business operation plan, including the Commercial business plan, the SOP & Policies plan, and the Compliance & Risk Management plan.

Ø Monthly and quarterly report the business plan implementation of the Commercial departments.

Ø Monthly evaluate and report the Commercial team’s performance. Monitor and report the implementation of performance improvement plan of low performer.

Ø Monthly report the overall business operation with the gap analysis and corresponding solutions.

Ø Monthly conduct the compliance testing for the whole business operation processes. Identify the gap, potential risks and design the corresponding control procedures. Monitor and report the implementation of the closing gap plans.

Ø Assist COO to prepare the SOPs and Policies for commercial departments.

Ø Coordinate with stakeholders, process owners to monitor the targeted performance and timeline of the business projects.

1. Knowledge & Education level:

- Finance or Audit background

- Graduated from concerned university: Economics/ Business Administration

- Knowledge about Business Control, Business Analysis, Performance Measurement.

2. Skills:

- Business Acumen

- Strategic Thinking

- Customer/Client Focus

- Leadership

- Presentation Skills

- Problem Solving/Analysis

- Results Driven

- Strategic Thinking

- Technical Capacity.

3. Experience

At least 4 years in similar position
