Mô tả công việc

Main role: CFA is responsible for doing CFA inspection before shipment, work as the Buyer QA/QC.

Meeting

  • Join PP meeting to update information about the latest order.
  • Provide suggestions for both good quality before mass production.

Conduct test according to AQL

  • Perform AQL 2.5 inspection and follow up the inspection plan to ensure 100% of product codes must be AQL checked before shipment. Record the report after the inspection.
  • Support investigate the cause of major defects, provide a consistent compliance approach to evaluate major and minor defects, recommend and implement remedial measures, and provide direction for material handling materials, equipment and facilities.
  • Support to arrange when there is a 3RD party to check the goods

Contributing to improvements

  • Proposed production process improvement
  • Advising on technical perspectives to improve quality and avoid possible risks.

Support supplier evaluation:External supplier quality check if required.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least College / University/Garment Tech.
  • Minimum 1years of experience in doing AQL inspection or Quality management job.
  • Strong in garment technical/AQL inspection/quality process (experience in printing and washing is a plus)
  • Strong in making decision.
  • Computer skills for making reports.
  • Proactive and open-minded.
  • Hard-working and integrity.
  • Willing to work overtimes and on Saturday-Sunday if required.
