Mô tả công việc

  • Support sales team in CS role to take care the customers for the after sales services
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the business operation is under good run as well as meet the customers need and requirements
  • Handle tenants IRC/ERC, working with consultants and authority to obtain licenses correctly and timely.
  • Instruct tenants on procedures to obtain licenses including environmental, FF, and Fit-out licenses after tenant move-in; as well as renovation process to align with BW guidelines, IP guidelines and authorities regulations.
  • Support tenants to work with external agencies and internal teams to handle concerns, complaints; maintain relationships with tenants during the lease term in a professional manner.
  • Manage inbound calls/emails/fax or in person from customers interested in renting a factory with BWID
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, resolve complains, emergencies and problems and provide factory renting service to customers
  • Maintain communication with sales team to address day-to-day needs and special requests
  • Manage and maintain all site office facilities
  • Monitor the office management such as stationery, food and beverage, postage, meeting rooms at site
  • Manage and claim site office budget and payment through company accounting system
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct manager from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-year experience in CS
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin
  • Good in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Well organization & time management
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Mature, dynamic and proactive

Location: Hai Phong Office and other location within company subsidiaries
