Job Details
Position: Manager of Regional Business Strategy and Development - Pharmaceutical

Job Code: 83143

Responsibility

1.Business Strategy
- Develop the mid and long-term regional strategy for business growth
- Lead the execution, monitor the progress toward the mid-term growth goals and make necessary revisions and adjustments accordingly
- Understand the business environment of pharmaceutical R&D and market in Asia and global
- Monitor global and national markets for new product developments, product innovations and sectoral developments in the pharmaceutical industry
2.Business Development
- Clarify the essentials of business environment and identify our strategic focus of business area
- Primarily responsible for executing out-licensing & in-licensing activities including financial analysis with responsibility for commercial & contractual negotiations
- Create plans to realize commercialization and early launch of internal assets of group and execute plans
- Manage existing and new projects in line with the companys regional growth strategy and plans
- Explore new opportunities/assets outside company (including new market outside territories) and evaluate business potentiality and feasibility including sales projection but also develop commercialization plan
- Lead preparation and coordination of the relevant meetings and ensure that the cooperation of the BS/BD department with other internal departments is carried out in the most efficient way
- Other tasks assigned

- Working location: District 1, HCM

- Monthly Salary: 55~100M VND

Requirements


・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences
・Age: Any
・Gender: Any
・Language: Fluent in English verbal/written communication
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with Brand Manager position
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, result-oriented with strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong ethics and compliance mindset
- Ability to work well in teams

・Having MBA is preferred
・Preferably with more than 3 years of experience in Business Strategy and/or Business Development in pharma sector, with emphasis on In/Out-Licensing
