*** JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Teacher and teaching assistant management

- Recruit and train teachers, teaching assistants according to curriculum, lesson plans provided.

- Communicate with teachers, provide materials supporting teachers, teaching assistants in using virtual classroom software to deliver effective lessons for students or other issues such as policy, salary, etc.

- Control teaching quality and feedback teachers, teaching assistants to improve overall quality.

- Other duties as assigned.

2. Operations

- Support Operations department to schedule teaching time; match students and teachers.

- Control teachers availability to ensure teachers open up their schedule as confirmed in the interview.

*** WORKING HOUR AND LOCATION

- Working hours: Monday - Sunday (Off 1 weekday):

+ Shift 1: 13:30 - 16:30 (in the office) and 17:30 - 22:00 (work from home)

+ Shift 2: 8:30 - 12:00 (in the office) and 17:30 - 22:00 (work from home)

- Location: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower - 176/1-3, Nguyen Van Thuong street, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, HCMC

Stellenanforderung

- Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy or university degree with teaching experience.

- At least 1 year in teaching English, candidates with experience in online teaching are preferred.

- Candidates who are exposed to teaching English are preferred

- Customer-oriented, student-focus mindset

- Strong office productivity level & time management ability

- Advanced communication skills

- Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic, team player

- Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadlines

- Attention to details is a must
