Jobbeschreibung

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Release memo/announcement/document for Sales team.
• Tracking the performance, monthly focus, quarterly focus, consolidate and process the payment.
• Calculate incentive for sales team.
• Master the data and updated information about customers, DLPs (customer codes, address, classification of customers by region, according to distribution channels).
• Inquiry and solving issues related parts encountered during created sales order and running promotions.
• Other assignments on order processing matters and general operations.

Stellenanforderung

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role, experience FMCG industry preferably.
• Fluent in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic project management skills.
• Proven knowledge and experience in SAP.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clear and concisely.
