Jobbeschreibung

  • Daily enable and assist drivers in physical onboarding & virtual onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience;
  • Implement and optimize systems, processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality of New drivers performance on our platform;
  • Engage and collaborate with every function within Operation team and others, both lateral and vertical, to ensure information flow with new drivers are being processed efficiently;
  • Track and monitor new driver’s onboarding journey and relevant activities, including: training quality, training materials, inventories, etc.
  • Place of work: D23 Street, An Phu ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong

What you will need?

  • Bachelors degree or college experience preferred;
  • At least 1 year experience in operations background/customer service;
  • Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
  • Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
