We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the business-to-business (B2B) market segment. The preferred candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collect information, study, and analyze the assigned market.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Identify and list projects in the assigned area, such as hotels, apartments, offices, buildings, factories, government institutions, retail, and banking sectors.

- Approach and gather information about the projects, identify demand, and design suitable solutions.

- Establish and develop relationships with key individuals involved in the projects.

- Build strong relationships with project system integrators (SI) and seek new project partners.

- Negotiate and finalize deals.

- Set up sales forecasts to determine resource requirements.

- Follow up on sales processes, including ordering, importing, delivery, payment, and after-sales services.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and proposals.

- Monitor and update the CRM system.

- Manage key accounts for networking and repeat purchases.

- Provide daily reports and discuss troubleshooting with team leaders and members.

- Input and manage data in the LG B2B system.

Stellenanforderung

- University graduate with bachelor degree in Business/Economics/Technology or other related fields

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales, particularly in LED, Digital Signage, TV, or IT.

- Fluent in English, with a TOEIC score of over 500.

- Sales-oriented with a drive for results and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.

- Hard-working, dynamic, and highly responsible.

- Team player with disciplined working habits.

- Willingness to travel for business trips.

- Knowledge of technology is an advantage.

- Passionate about the job and committed to personal growth.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
