Dear Valued Candidates,

We are looking for an inspiring storyteller to join our Marketing team for the coming exciting journey. Not only does this position play a crucial role in our Brand Team to deliver our core values and messages to customers, he/ she also greatly contributes to our brand building strategy.

With this job vacancy, we would like to give you a clearly defined scope of work and our expectations as below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

1.1 Creative Ideas

. Based on Brand Objectives, Brand Positioning & Brand Guidelines, brainstorm and invent creative brand ideas to deliver brand messages to the right target audience and at the right time.

. Create & manage content calendar accordingly.

1.2 Copywriting

. With content calendar, create weekly storytelling articles in both Vietnamese and English which ensure that related keywords are included for Search Engine Optimization.

. Write content on social media as satellite channels to support the weekly editorial articles.

. Ensure all content on the website is correct, complete and contains keywords for SEO.

1.3 Visual execution

. Based on above-mentioned creative ideas, invent visual ideas to support the content accordingly.

. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Video Creator to create visual materials accordingly.

1.4 Research

. Continuously conduct research on marketing activities of competitors and update new trends to apply to the content suitably.

2. Owned Media Management

2.1 Own Media Platform Management

. Respond to messages or comments on owned media platforms timely & collaborate with Sales Team to ensure positive customer experience.

. Record inquiries (via social media & Email) from customers for Lead Management Project.

. Upload & post related content on the website & social media platforms according to the agreed content calendar.

2.2 Traffic Analytics & Report

. On a monthly basis, analyze website traffic via Google Analytics & social media platforms to propose solutions to any arising issues.

Stellenanforderung

1. Technical expertise

. English and Vietnamese fluency with excellent grammar

. SEO writing technique is required

. Basic or higher level of understanding of visual design

. Ability to read and interpret data from Google Analytics and on other platforms to adjust the content performance

2. Personal traits

. Ability to listen and speak your mind

. Self-discipline

. Think out of a box
