ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Success consultant, you will play a key role in oversee the performance of Client Success Team to meet targets & KPIs. You are also in charge of handling client leads and process contract terms. We strive to offer a consistent customer experience across all our markets by harmonizing our ways of working, focusing on engagement, and data-driven solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound high opportunity client service requests.
  • Follow standardized procedures to meet client needs and conduct research for complex requests.
  • Demonstrate a consultative approach in positioning products and services to meet client needs.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Making basic Flash reports/Trend reports to approach new clients.
  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
  • Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
  • Combining customer, product, and industry knowledge to create a success plan and roadmap for each customer.
  • Maintain the CRM database of the company.

Stellenanforderung

  • 2+ years prior experience in customer facing roles.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skill.
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience.
  • Strong customer orientated communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
  • The ability to provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting to the client.
  • Commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • Energetic & self-motivated.
