- Be system admin of Customer SVC system

Create user, allocate job to SVC centers as approved, solve system issue to ensure system running smoothly

- In charge of SVC policy content (Receiving information from factory about SVC policy of new product or policy change of current product, co-work with Sales and Product Marketing Team to finalize SVC policy for product then building up warranty policy content. Co-work with related Teams to update warranty policy on Company website as approved)

- Market study and competitors benchmarking, then report to Management level for policy consideration

- Create/Update SVC center information in system

- SVC center monthly payment

Stellenanforderung

- University graduated with a bachelor degree

- Have relevant experience is strong point

- Good in English (both speaking and writing)

- Good in Excel, Power point

- Strong logic
