1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, demand, and inventory levels.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and demand forecasting metrics to stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain statistical models for demand forecasting, continuously improving forecast accuracy.

  • Utilize data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.

  • Explore and recommend the use of advanced analytics tools for demand forecasting improvements

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand market trends and new product launches that may impact demand.

3. Team Management:

  • Assist Data Analytics team with day-to-day activities and provide guidance and support for their professional growth.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Stellenanforderung

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, with at least 2years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
