Huu Toan founded in 1982 is a leading generator Original Equipment Manufacturer based in Vietnam. We provide one stop-shop power solution in designing, manufacturing and servicing our power generation equipment. Huu Toan cultivates customer trust by manufacturing world standards products, providing fast services and delivering “wow” customers experience.

We are growing and transforming our business toward next level, so we are looking for an HR Executive to join and bring the new blood to make Huu Toan greater.

1. Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Actively creating and maintaining a pool of potential candidates for current and future needs
  • Planning and implementing employer branding activities.
  • Updating recruitment trends, channels, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process.
  • Be responsible for new hires probation period.

2. Employee Engagement, Talent Development, and HR Admin (50%)

  • Organize all engagement activities to improve employee experiences at company such as birthday celebrations, 8/3, 20/10, …
  • Build and develop corporate culture.
  • Provide all required logistic and administrative support to and organize all training & development activities: orientation, induction training, skills training, recognition programs, internal communications.
  • Other HR admin tasks requested by HRM.

Stellenanforderung

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least 02years of experience in HR field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Open-minded, friendly, fast learner, and dares to change.
  • High sense of responsibility, having a positive attitude.
