Talent Management:
- Support BU talents on career, work/life, conflict issues to develop and grow.
- Consult Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
- Share with the Talent & OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company’s Training plan.
- Follow up in post training evaluation and development to decide on core people movement decisions.
- Take care of the full employee cycle from the on-boarding to exit process.
HR Operations:
- Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Business partnership:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Develop innovative initiatives to recognize BU and keep them highly motivated.

Stellenanforderung
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRBP
- Good command in English / good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
