Jobbeschreibung

  • To ensure the internal and external handling for export operation
  • Do follow all export shipments
  • To prepare all shipping documents required for delivery
  • To report on Import and Export issues to the Import - Export Manager upon request
  • To update the state law and regulations concerning import and export, e.g. duty and customs..
  • To coordinate with relevant department in planning delivery to overseas customers.
  • To handle all export document including CO, health certificate, phytosanitary, ETC..

Stellenanforderung

  1. College Graduated
  2. Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  3. Good command of English. (Speaking, reading and writing)
  4. Good computer skill. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, ERP)
  5. Good communication skill.
