As a Key Account Management Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets by establishing and building long-term relationships with customers based on good account management, mutual trust, and integrity. Your roles and responsibilities include the following:

- Assisting in developing and executing the sales strategy, including 3M rolling SI SO plans.

- Creating monthly SALES PROMOTION SCHEME and AD-HOC ACTION to respond to competitors, and then tracking and monitoring sales performance on a daily basis.

- Working closely with the demand planning team on sales forecasting and ensuring effective inventory management.

- Supporting the team in day-to-day business operations.

- Negotiating for winning marketing opportunities, such as display position, display share, no stock-outs, flooring plan compliance, website SOV, and digital activities.

Stellenanforderung

- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Trade, or equivalent from prestigious universities.

- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and high adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

- Excellent cognitive thought and problem-solving abilities.

- Creative and innovative mindset.

- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication skills
