Key responsibility:

Provides first-class service in order to push the sales volume.
Scouting potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Taking good care of tenants in order to maintain long term of leasing and excellent image of company.

Job Duties:

1.Leasing/ Sales roles:

Search for customers who want to rent offices and related services including: traditional offices, Shared Office or Co-working Space, Meeting rooms

· Making business plan

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

· Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.

· Providing information about available units to potential client

· Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate. Ensure that recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready to be viewed by potential tenants

· Set up meetings with potential clients, take them on tours, listen to their wishes and concerns, follow up the deal by sending proposal

· Follow up client

· Responding the requirement

· Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations

· Negotiate/close deals

· Update the vacancy to our agency

· Work and maintain good relationship with brokers/ chambers/law firms…Work and maintain good relationship with brokers/ chambers/law firms… that will lead to be good partners for sales.

2.Customer services/ after services roles:

  • Customer care and handle complaints or objections
  • Monitor the data base to follow and prepare legal documents for extension leasing contracts.
  • Offer/negotiate tenant new leasing contract 4 months before it’s going to the expiry
  • Inform tenants of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property
  • Responsibility for the customer services activities: Birthday congratulations, company anniversary, gifts on holiday…

3.Marketing roles:

  • Contributes information, ideas, research and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients; attend and help to organizing events and product exhibitions as needed
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics together with promotional activities
  • Help to manage campaigns on social media. Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Responsibility in market research/report quarterly/yearly.

Stellenanforderung

- Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- Fast learner and passion for sales.

- Good working attitude. Have the spirit to learn. Professional working style. Be patient at work, have a spirit of serving customers. Confidence.

- Good in negotiation and communication.

- Ability to present.

- Time management.

- English (at least 550 TOEIC)

- Have experience in real estate field
