AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.

In the near future, we are planning to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Development Executive.

- Work location: HCM Head Office - 15F LIM Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Report to: Development Deputy Manager

JOB SUMMARY:Investigate new business development potentials and research the market, while developing relationships and cooperating with external parties to create reports, proposals, and licensing dossiers in order to meet the departments and companys target.

  • Investigate business potential in assigned area and analyze new business possibility (25%).
  • Prepare legal documentation relating to location contracting and project licensing (20%).
  • Develop good relationship with private companies or governmental bodies for developing sites and negotiate with them for Shopping Mall and store development (20%).
  • Make proposal of business opportunity and return of the investment plan (15%).
  • Constantly have a good grip on the industry trend, market trend, and consumer trend (5%).
  • Find new sites with new development schemes (5%).
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors (10%).

Stellenanforderung

  • Bachelors degree, any major.
  • Have good proficiency of both Vietnamese and English communication.
  • Have at least 3years of working experience, preferably in relevant fields(Real Estate, Project Planning, or Business Development).
  • Have good researching, analyzing, and reporting skill.
  • Be honest,careful, and hardworking.
