Jobbeschreibung

1. Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sale opportunities through networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
3. Able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company.
4. Track sales expense and create monthly sales report by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses.

5. Assist and support daily jobs for new projects.
6. Collaborate with co-workers to follow-up new products, pre-production schedule and mass production.
7. Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and any complaints by customer in order to maintain and increase customer’s satisfaction.

  • 1. Age: Preferably from 28 to 35 years old.

    2. University degree, major in Business Administration/Communication/ Marketing or any Engineering field. Preference will be given for overseas graduate.
    3. Those who can communicate well in both Japanese and English languages will have an added advantage.

  • 4. Working experiences: Preferably with more than 5 years of working experience in similar position.

    5. Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
    6. Good interaction and interpersonal skills (social skills).
    7. Have basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
    8. Self motivated, outgoing personality with a results-driven approach.
    9. Enjoy cultivating relationships and meeting customers
