Jobbeschreibung

BASIC TASKS

- Assisting in management and coordination the whole office in the evening shift;

- Receiving customers, students in office friendly and professionally in the evening shift;

- Consulting customers and students by phone or directly about courses and study in Germany;

- Taking care of the student’s data bank (if allowed);

- Answering phones and mails concerning our services in the evening shift;

- Updating on website and saving database.

- Controlling the status of our class rooms (electric cable, table, chairs, ETC. are alright or not) and the teaching issues like cassette recorders, CD, board pens, ETC.;

- Arranging new classes in discuss with your direct manager and colleagues in the front office and informing the status of students and learning of classes;

- Paying all invoices, going to bank or visiting the authorities which we are in charge;

- Assisting and organization for Events;

- Others.

Stellenanforderung

- Be patient, agile.

- English for communication

- Office information (Microsoft word, Excel, Photoshop).

Job Nutzen

OUR OFFER:

- Probationary period for two months: 7.5 Mio VND/ month

- If employed, 12 Mio. VND/ month

OTHER BENEFITS:

WORKING TIME:

- Mo-Fr: from 13:30 to 21:30

- Sa.: from 8:00- 12:00

- 10 days to Tet-Festival

- 1 working week per year (5,5 working days)
