Job Description:

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Find new customer.

Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Communicate with Thai side to support customer about document for importing to Viet Nam

Good knowlede about logistics , import ,export.

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Control and follow up delivery procedure to ensure customer receive enough goods and invoices.

Control credit term and credit limit , to ensure company received money ontime.

Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Stellenanforderung

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Strong verbal and written communicator.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Hard working, willing to answer question of customer everytime.

Flexible , friendly in communication with customer.

Work with can do attitude, careful, eager to learn.

Good English: it is important, because you must communicate with Thai side everyday.
