Strategic Planning:

Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the companys product groups, outlining strategies for each stage of the product life cycle.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of new product information, competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
Provide recommendations on product features, pricing, and promotional programs to support nationwide sales.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with relevant departments to address product-related issues, sales challenges, and display concerns.

Product Development and Innovation:

Propose innovative ideas for new products and collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) department to ensure the timely development of products aligned with the companys plans.

Team Management and Training:

Manage, train, and guide Product Management (PM) team members in executing their responsibilities effectively.

Reporting:

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the executive management team, providing insights into the performance of marketing and sales initiatives.

Team Coordination:

Coordinate activities within the team and across the company to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of shared objectives.
