JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Dynamic Product Development and Accountable for creating solutions based on customer journeys.

· Engage in product planning and improvement sessions with team members to create overall product specifications.

· Collect and analyze customer feedback to develop new product feature requirements and improvement plans.

· Develop a roadmap for delivering solutions to customers, and manage the implementation according to the established process.

· Formulate product requirements and oversee the entire product delivery process, including identifying customer profiles, analyzing pain points, designing solutions, testing, launching, evaluating user experiences, and making necessary adjustments.

· Conduct daily brief meetings, manage the product backlog, create requirement documents, handle support requests, and remove obstacles to progress for 1-2 teams.

· Facilitate daily team meetings, plan work iterations, evaluate sprint progress, and collaborate with the Scrum Master to guide sprints.

· Lead efforts to continuously improve the team, outline and implement enhancement plans to increase the speed and quality of projects.

· Coordinate and supervise task execution, resolve task-related issues to allow teams to focus entirely on product delivery.

· Accountable for the profit and loss statement and the operational efficiency of the assigned solution group in each reporting period.

Product Promotion

· Oversee particular responsibilities linked to product debuts (introduction to user segments, regions, etc.).

· Recognize influential marketing initiatives and guide their execution.

· Collaborate with team leaders to address personnel challenges and project obstacles, conduct post-implementation assessments and delve into the root causes to aid teams in an ongoing enhancement of their methodologies, ensuring optimal efficiency.

Stellenanforderung

  • A Bachelors degree in a technical or business management field
  • A decade of pertinent experience in project management within a financial institution, including three years of experience in spearheading sprint initiatives
  • English language proficiency prerequisites align with companys guidelines.
  • Previous involvement in collaborating with architectural teams to evaluate and gauge story sizes
  • Prior experience in devising and executing product launch strategies
  • Possesses a comprehensive grasp of Agile principles, procedures, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrates a profound comprehension of the essentials of iterative and incremental development
  • A minimum of two years of expertise in managing communication with the senior leadership team within an organizational context.
