Production Supervisor

Blending & Packing Operation Control

• Receive and implement the production schedule issued by Planning Head/Dept Head.
• Direct workforce at Blending & Packing Sections to achieve the production schedules.
• Control the Blending & Packing process from flour bins to finished products & by-products.
• Report to Plant Manager/Dept Head for solution and action of any Blending & Packing problems in daily.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager/Dept Head/ Planning Head/Lab R & D Manager/ Blending Shift leader/ Shift Miller/ Warehouse Head… to ensure the working shift under arrangement & properly control.
• Control the computerized system at the Blending Control Rooms.
• Coordinate with Sanitation Supervisor to upkeep the section cleaned.
• Set up a working schedule for Depts employees.

Blending & Packing OperationReport

• Supervise Shift Leader/ Operators to complete all the Blending & Packing reports to ensure well controlled & timely submit to Plant Manager/ Dept Head/ Mill Administration daily.

• Supervise Shift Leader/ Operators to do correctly and completely transactions on SAP in working shift.
• Verify data on SAP daily/Weekly/Monthly.

Product Quality Control

• Check and control hygiene of blending & packing systems.
• Check & control the quality result of blending & packing process.
• Ensure the additives prepared by Lab R&D Dept. properly used & mixed during mixing process.
• Supervise & control the packing process to achieve KPI.
• Direct workforce at Blending & Packing Sections to check and control all CCPs in blending & packing process.
• Report to Pant Manager/ Lab R&D Manager/ Dept Head if having any technical issues & provide constructive suggestions if required.
• Investigate and improve the response to customer complaints.

Inventory Control

• Assign shift Leader do proper record of additives, packaging.
• Control recycled flour in warehouse, add in accordance product.
• Coordinate with Mill Administration/ Warehouse to ensure Packing raw materials are available for production.
• Coordinate with Mill Delivery Coordinators/ Planning Head/ Production Head/ Warehouse Head… to ensure products & by-products available for Sales.

Manpower, Materials, Equipment Control

• Fix the breaking down of machine as soon as possible so that the system can run back / re-start to avoid the power waste.
• Arrange the shift working under power consumption optimum (normal or 3rd shift) to avoid the peak hours.
• Support Plant Manager/Dept Head to innovate the transfer system and packing system.

The Labor Safety Control

• Direct strictly implement safety regulations of the plant.
• Direct and supervise the process to remove unsafe elements or conduct quarantine area.
• Supervise and act immediately when find out the signs of damage or abnormalities of machinery, equipment, or work areas at risk of unsafe.
• Establish or propose work safety regulations.
