Position: PURCHASING STAFF

Department/ Team: Purchasing/ Commodity
Reporting line: Team Manager
Working location: Long An - Head Office (Highway 1A, My Yen Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An), around 4km from Binh Chanh Market, HCMC, and around 30-40 minutes from HCMC downtown by company shuttle bus (District 7 route, District 10 route, Binh Tan-Tan Phu district route)

MAIN TASKS

1/ Purchasing raw materials

Make a detailed purchasing plan for every raw material
Issue contracts, split for all plants and create POs
Search for new suppliers
Follow up with suppliers (receiving situation, document status, payment)
Make the schedule to distribute imported shipments effectively; avoid demurrage expenses
Input data for external warehouses in SAP daily and make reconciliation monthly

2/ Follow up and update market information & competitors

>>> Working hours:

- Bachelors degree and above, major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related major.

- Good communication and negotiationskills.

- Have experiences in purchasing Feed additives and veterinary medicine.

- Have at least 3 years of working experience in Feed industry.

- Have a Veterinarian Degree is a plus.
