★ Responsibility
- Responsible for interpreting and translating (Japanese and Vietnamese people)
★ Job details
1) Interpreting
- Interpreting services related to business and related related services
- Interpreting related to technology and sales. Please remember technical terms　
- Visiting customers and on-site business trips as necessary or web conference interpretation etc. 　
- Japanese support interpreter (various support services such as apartment rental, visa/work permit acquisition, health checkup, bank account opening, air ticket reservation, hospital reservation, hotel reservation)
2 ) Translation
- Translation work related to work and related work
- Translation work for contracts, internal documents, etc. (Japanese/Vietnamese/English)
- Contract documents Creation and confirmation work (Japanese/Vietnamese/English)(There is no translation work for English. Only translation work)
3) Support for technical/sales/general affairs staff
- Support for general affairs staff (e.g. responding to calls/emails to Japanese people). However, depending on the situation, we may ask you to provide some support for jobs such as recruiting that may cause some work load
- Sales support (extracting information from Vietnamese websites, etc.) Because I cant read human sales

Stellenanforderung


- Graduated from University
- At least 1 years experience in interpreter
- Japanese from N2 JLPT
- Willing to go to business trip

- Able to translate (documents) from Vietnamese to English or from English to Vietnamese
- Experience in design work in the construction industry and sales experience in the construction industry
‐ Candidate used to work in Japan
- Candidate used to work in Japanese Company
- Experience studying abroad in Japan

- Good communication skills

- Paid leave: 12 days/ year

Work Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
