Jobbeschreibung

  • Manage Vietnamese & English inbounds & outbounds thru channels such as FB, WhatsApp, Zalo, Calls etc in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify information
  • Support growing business through the development of new leads & new contacts
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Perform other functions assigned by supervisor
  • Participate in service development by listening to customer feedback.

Stellenanforderung

  • Have good negotiation skills along with active listening
  • 20-30 years old - Dynamic, experienced in sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Desire to take on responsibility and can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • University degree desirable

  • Base salary + average bonus 9 – 15 mil per month
