Jobbeschreibung

- Follow sales team performance goals and set individual performance goals.

- Understand and present the companys reseller products and the companys software solutions.

- Develop new customers, establish and maintain those new and old customer information on CRM.

- Maintain & update the entire selling process in CRM.

- Planning customer visits and record customer needs.

- Inquiry, quote and collect competitor information.

- Attend sales meeting every two weeks.

- Organize customer seminars (Onsite Workshops) to explain the companys product functions and promote the companys solutions.

- Prepare proposals to meet the needs of customers and understand the situation of competitors in reality.

- Create purchase requisition, track delivery & shipment dates.

- Communicate and coordinate with the customer, and assist in the handover & execution of technical project.

- Track & update the progress of the project, and take care of the payment percentage.

Stellenanforderung

1.Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- Able to communicate in English or Chinese, verbally and written

- At least one year experience in sales

- Knowledge of the automation industry will be an added advantage

- Enable to use Microsoft Office

- Results-oriented with a positive work attitude

- Strong collaborative skills in working with different cultures.
