Its a good and challenging opportunity for the appropriate candidate to work in a friendly and professional Japanese company. Job details as following-

1.Objectives:

- Promote business operation of Business Development Department (BDD).

- Work together with Research Department to develop the business of new products, new solutions to meet the sales strategy and target of the company.

2. Responsibilities:

- Build a strategic business plan to develop the departments business successfully (customer is end user - EU).

- Develop and expand continuously new customer and potential customers.

- Establish, develop and maintain good internal and external contacts.

- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.

- Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client. In charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase companys awareness on the strategy markets.

- Provide expertise when preparing and adjusting pricing plans, discount rates and other MarCom plan.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding to sales and service activities (if any).

- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to correct performance gaps.

- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.

- Research the market needs. Coordinate the Research Department to do the research of new products and solutions, and at the same time support to successfully launch the products into the market.

- Work together with other related departments to achieve the company’s goal.

- Prepare budgets, Department KPI.

- Recruit and train sales team to build and nurture a good and successful team.

- Set targets, performance plans and objective standards for sales representatives to implement them effectively

- Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets to support them timely. [Weekly]

- Coach individual sales representatives one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance. [Weekly]

- Participate in spontaneous sales call rides and planned field days. [Semimonthly or monthly].

- Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.

- Ensure that reps conform to the regulations of the company properly

- Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings. [Weekly]

- Motivate and engage the sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics.

- Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.

- Constantly upgrade professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.

Stellenanforderung

- Min university degree in Economics or/and Electronics/IT

- Proven successful experiences in sales management in ELV solution industry (ELV, IT, Electronics, Office Equipment) for at least 3 years.

- Proficiency in English or Japanese

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

-Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skills
