Jobbeschreibung

1. Operation of English programs at partner schools
- Develop annual plans for the department
- Monitor the implementation of teaching plans at schools
- Organize and supervise review, testing, and evaluation activities to ensure quality
- Complete reports on semester/academic year results and submit them to the school, district, and provincial Department of Education
- Inventory and order office supplies and teaching materials at schools
- Supervise the implementation of TOEFL Primary/Junior exams annually at a number of schoolink schools as required
- Proactively visit schools weekly/monthly to update the situation and teaching quality
- Build strong relationships with schools to resolve any arising issues
2. Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement training programs for Schools Link Coordinators and Teaching Assistants in accordance with Schools link procedures
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate the progress and performance of Schools Link Coordinators and Teaching Assistants
- Manage Teaching Assistants files and complete Teaching Assistants contracts
- Complete and be responsible for Teachers and Teaching Assistants payroll
3. Support the expansion of the Schools link system, complete renewal paperwork, project paperwork, etc.
4. Other tasks as assigned

Stellenanforderung

- Age: 28 years old or above, Bachelors degree, with a preference for majors related to Education or English
- Experience:At least 2 years of experience in school partnerships, with experience in team management
- Appearance: Attractive, confident, and good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MOS or IC3 certification is preferred)
- Good problem-solving skills, patience, and responsibility
- Organizational skills: Ability to organize and handle large workloads
- Ability to move to between partner schools in Hanoi)
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday)
- Location: IIG Vietnam Office - Floor 3, Trung Yên Plaza Building No. 01 Trung Hòa, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
