Jobbeschreibung

o Support Design Manager of project design team

o Report directly to Design Manger

o To manager the geotechnical design matters for the detailed design including submission preliminary design, pre-final design and final design)

o To study the GS (general specification) and PS (Project system Specification) requirements to draft mechanical, electrical, and telecom drawing.

o Facilitating activities relating to tracing from elements of the designs to requirements to demonstrate that requirements are being met in the drawing.

o To coordinate / interface with contractor’s design consultants, clients and construction team, and review submissions from subcontractors

o To coordinate with client/ consultants on any discrepancy on design

o Review the geotechnical pile and Engineer requirement design according to client’s requirements

o Coordinate with drafters to ensure all clients requirements are fulfilled

o Conduct site inspection from time to time

o AutoCAD and Micro Station Drawing

Stellenanforderung

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical、Mechanical or Telecommunication Engineering, preferably in Structural or Geotechnical engineering

· At least 5 years’ experience include:

· At least 1 years’ experience in design/installation Lighting system.

· At least 1 years’ experience MV/LV/Telecom Cable construction.

· At least 2 years’ experience in design/installation M&E for skyscraper/factory.

· Control, revise drawing.

· Create BOQ.

· Liaising with client, and other engineer to ensure the task are completed to specification.

· Able to communicate effectively with Client in English
