JOB PURPOSE:

  • Mainly responsible for Domestic Delivery of TV, Home Appliances and Air-conditioner to GT and MT dealers.
  • Summarize the Delivery lead-time report.
  • Summarize the Delivery Cost.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Delivery:

  • Coordinate with Finance department then create Billing on SAP system and issue Delivery Order.
  • Manage and ensure Products delivered from warehouse, ports to customers smoothly, timely and successfully.
  • Ensure all problems incurred during delivery progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
  • Well coordinate with the relevant departments and vendors to maximize loading truck space by routes combination in delivery, to avoid waste of resources and minimize effort in achieving logistics targets;
  • Follow and solve the damaged Products in delivery within the lead time;
  • Solve and claim insurance for delivery in shortest time;
  • Check the stock-out/Proof of Delivery correctly and send to Finance department timely;
  • Manage the delivery expense effectively and make payment request to Domestic Delivery vendors timely and exactly.
  • Make lead time delivery report and explain the reason of late shipment and improvement.
  • Make report of the returned Products and find solution to compensate and replace products to dealers.
  • Work with Insurance company and trucking vendor to solve the damaged products

2.Others:

  • Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Stellenanforderung

  • University Graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration;
  • 5 years-Experience in delivery to MT channel: Nguyen Kim, Cao Phong, Dien May Xanh.
  • Experience with Foreign companies, consumer electronic company (preferable)
  • Good communication and solving problem skills;
  • Good interrogation and investigation skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (required)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application and SAP experience in Logistics module.
