Khách hàng của AOBA VN là công ty Nhật Bản, thành viên của Tập đoàn chuyên Tư vấn thuế và kế toán, tư vấn tài chính, đầu tư và lao động,..Công ty tăng cường dịch vụ của mình liên quan đến tài liệu Chuyển giá cũng như tư vấn IFRS, các dịch vụ liên quan đến M&A như Thẩm định chi tiết, Định giá tài chính, v.v.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To be in- charge of each project (follow up by managers)
  • Participate in meeting with client to gather necessary information
  • Analyse client’s financial data, understand nature of transactions
  • Perform industrial analysis, research on database
  • Preparing reports, explanation letters
  • Prepare documents/evidences to work with Tax office and other authorities if requested
  • Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report

Stellenanforderung

  • A bachelors degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
  • Over 2 years of experiences in Transfer Pricing area.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced excel, word and reporting skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure
  • Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Good team work skill and ability to work independently and support team initiatives
