Jobbeschreibung

  • Create new formulations and amended formulations in PV & SAP(three site: KBAP, KB6P, KB1P)..
  • Mass transfer of FINI, SEFI and RM, Mass replacement of RM.
  • RM introduction and extend RM in three factories (ERAW, ORAW, MOC, MDG, SAP).
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain product master data.
  • Cooperate with factory audit( ISO9001, ISO14001)
  • To generate Material Safety Data Sheet (from Web Application) of existing or new products.
  • To obtain the Product Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet & TRAQ of new raw materials for submission to RMFI(MDG) for creation of permanent code in PV & SAP. In charge of the filing of these documents.
  • To perform calibration for the Technical Lab Equipments within the fixed interval.
  • To be responsible for all the filing of documents e.g. Lab Work Sheet and etc.
  • Assist R&D manager to strengthen 5S implement.
  • Purchase of Laboratory equipment and consumables, and place orders for testing expenses
  • Product performance testing.

Stellenanforderung

  • A basic college/university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or science.
  • Minimal of 1-2 years of working experience in Coating business.
  • Have good understanding and knowledge on coatings.
  • Able to write and speak basic English.
  • Good analytical mind.
