Mô tả công việc
- The tasks listed below do not limit the responsibilities of the position. Additional tasks can be assigned according to the actual business demand.
- Implementing and revising a company’s policies related to HR: compensation; performance evaluation; personal development, professional development, etc. in order that operational needs are met to achieve organizational business goals.
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews.
Labor relations:
- Draw up, negotiate, and administer labor contracts that cover issues such as grievances, wages, benefits, and union and management practices;
- Handle labor complaints between employees and management and coordinate grievance procedures;
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures;
- Employee relations counseling;
- Cooperate with management level and staff to maintain a good, productive, and fair working environment.
- Overseeing, monitoring, training, evaluating team members; Managing and performing all matters related to Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Employee Communications, Payroll & Productivity Management & People Management, Addressing legal issues.
HR COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE
- Implement the required procedures with regard to HR matters to ensure that they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labour authorities.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the local labour agencies / authorities.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update a database of the Government’s rules and regulations with regard to HR and labour issues and advise the Supervisor promptly on respective changes / amendments of those rules and regulations.
RECRUITMENT
- Handle all matters on Recruitment, including the preparation of recruitment advertisements / materials, process job applications, conducting interviews to recruit qualified and suitable candidates.
- Develop a comprehensive database of job applicants and update regularly.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT
- Prepare and maintain proper records of all HR documents, including contract of service, benefit letters, resignation documents, etc.
- Develop and maintain employee database system and profile to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on timely basis.
- Implement and maintain a proper and timely reporting system / procedures with the Social and Health Insurance, Labour Department and Immigration Department.
- Monitor staff monthly attendance record sheets and payroll arrangements.
- Provide the Supervisor with updated information and give feedback on current market remuneration packages for review of remuneration and benefit packages.
- Handle welfare matters including staff functions / events / outings / accommodation and other logistics arrangement.
STAFF TRAINING
- Coordinate and facilitate staff training activities.
- Keep track of training records and provide Management with necessary feedback for improvement of training activities.
- Train and provide guidance / advice to subordinates.
- Conduct induction and orientation programmes for newly employed staff.
- Other duties as assigned from Supervisor from time to time.

EducationGraduate in in Human Resources, business administration or related field with at least 8 years in Deputy/HR management role

- Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures, and practices
- Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions, and activities
- Well-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion + MBA/BA in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Business English, etc.
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills by English
