We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Deputy Manager- Digital Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

i. Taking an active lead role in driving Digital Sales for Livestream and other digital sales services via Rewards+ Platform.

Candidate will be involved in the start-up phase of the Digital Sales Platform, in particular on areas of partners/brands acquisition and onboarding, content engagement and content innovation, strategy planning and execution for sales campaigns’ marketing and publicity, customers acquisition, and data analytics on sales performance and customers’ spending for continuous improvements of the various channels under the Digital Sales Platform. As this is a start-up phase involvement, the candidate is expected to be a self-motivated problem-solver with good resiliency and be able to work with the team cohesively to overcome any challenges faced.

ii. Performing customer’s data analytics and behavioural analysis and application into digital sales marketing campaigns and Rewards+ loyalty program.

Candidate is expected to perform deep dive analysis, segmentation, and review of the existing and new data parameters under the Rewards+ platform and sieve out meaningful data comparables, shoppers’ trends & behaviours from the participating Malls. From the deep dive analysis, Candidate is to make good use of these insights to: (1) plan better sales campaigns, (2) enhance transactions frequency, (3) increase purchase volume on the various Digital Sales channels. Candidate is to also assemble such useful data for the purpose of management reporting and to improve the loyalty program engagements and applicability.

iii. Enhancing attractiveness of shopper membership sign-ups & spending engagement

Candidate will have the opportunity to suggest initiatives and new ideas to enhance the attractiveness of this Digital Sales Platform to encourage membership sign-up and increase members’ recurring spending in our participating shopping malls.

iv. Other task assigned

a) Candidate should have been in similar/ related field of work, in particular Sales Marketing, Sales Campaigns planning and execution, Livestream commerce, Digital commerce for at least 3 years.

b) Candidate should have high professional ethical standards and able to adhere to organisational procedures and guidelines.

c) A go-getter personality with a hunger to learn and improve and be open to feedbacks

d) Good communications skills (in both English and Vietnamese), innovative thinker, detail oriented with good problem solving ability and a positive team player.

e) Good people management skills to ensure a cohesive and performance driven team as this role may require the candidate to lead a functional team.

f) Proficient in use of technology for data analytics purposes.
