Mô tả công việc

1. Generate market research, make sales plan for branch.

2. Be responsible for the Board of Directors for the business results and operations of the branch.

3. Guide, supervise and encourage the sales team to work effectively, towards completing and exceeding the profit targets, completing the goals.

4. Sign contracts with customers, partners, subcontractors...

5. Build good relationships with shipping lines, airlines, port authorities, warehouses, subcontractors... to get good input prices and solve arising problems in a favorable way.

6. Build good relationships with customers, agents.

7. Work with authorities to handle branch issues as authorized by BOD

8. Support Sales team to solve sales problems.

9. Responsible for recruiting, arranging, transferring, firing, and appointing sales team in the Hanoi branch according to the companys regulations.

10. Evaluate the effectiveness of employees

11. Train and improve professional skills for sales team.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Graduated from University with majors related to Logistics, Foreign Trade Economics, ..

2. Experience in the field of transportation and freight forwarding.

3. At least 3-5 years Experienced in managing and coordinating work and personnel in a systematic and scientific manner.

4. Have in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international freight forwarding industry.

5. Knowledge of Import-Export Foreign Trade.

6. Leadership and management skills.

7. Ability to organize work in a scientific and systematic manner.

8. Creative, good communication, dynamism, and high sense of responsibility.

9. Advanced English.
