Mô tả công việc

1. Design technology for Sample:

- Design Technical data for sample order:

- Yarn quality requirement: Yarn strength, yarn count, yarn component, harness…

- Parameter kintting: Stitch length, gauge & diameter, CPI, WPI…

- Parameter dyeing process: Liquor ratio, speed, circle time, chamber width…

- Parameter Finishing: Fabric weight, fabric width, fabric strength, shrinkage, skewness, bowing, and slanting…

- Summaries product information and transfer all information into the production system for bulk.

2. Design Technical data for Bulk order:

- Follow summaries requirement from sample to design for the bulk process:

- Yarn quality requirement: Yarn strength, yarn count, yarn component, harness…

- Parameter kintting: Stitch length, gauge & diameter, CPI, WPI…

- Parameter dyeing process: Liquor ratio, speed, circle time, chamber width…

- Parameter Finishing: Fabric weight, fabric width, fabric strength, shrinkage, skewness, bowing and slanting…

- Buyer approval standard physical and hand feel.

3. Sample Development work with Sales:

- Analysis of yarn, analysis of knitted fabric samples (color identification, comparison of Hand feel, ...).

- Analyze physical test reports & evaluate test results, fabric surface quality with basic errors.

- Work with Sales & stakeholders to clearly understand the requirements for sample development. Deploy with production in a sample run.

- Handle related issues in the sample making process such as quality, sample progress with Sales and related teams.

- Provide information for fabric quotation (conton, blend cotton & other).

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from college or university majoring in chemistry/textile engineering.

-At least one to two years of experience related to Textiles.

-English / Chinese is preferred (writing and speaking).

-Analysis ability and fabric design.
