Supervise and generally manage all daily business activities of the Company.
Select, mobilize, assign, recruit and manage the Companys personnel.
Explore the market, find partners and customers as well as expand business investment opportunities of Yamato Group in Vietnam.
Develop business strategies, ensure business goals, make decisions on cooperation, investment, and signing contracts in accordance with short-term and long-term goals as well as development orientation of the group Yamato delegation in Vietnam.
Manage and ensure the quality of the Companys products and services provided to customers, support specialized staff to constantly improve and come up with new initiatives on products and services
Periodically report to the parent company Yamato Denki in Japan on the operating situation of the subsidiary in Vietnam.
Make business and marketing plans, promote company image.
Evaluate the performance of departments in the company.

Prefer male, have a university degree or higher in the field of Economics.
Japanese N1 (Required): proficient in speaking and writing skills. Communicate fluently and confidently in English.
Have at least 10 years of experience as general director, executive director or general executive positions in an architectural company or technical consulting company related to architecture.
Have in-depth knowledge of finance and strategy, business administration and general management methods.
Have broad knowledge of marketing, PR, human resources, administration, market analysis, ... and other functions related to management and expansion of business operations.
Have background knowledge in fields related to the companys activities such as electric equipment, construction works, architecture and related techniques.
Understand the working culture and behavioral culture of the Japanese people to care for and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with the groups customers in Vietnam, most of whom are corporations or companies. Other Japanese are based in Vietnam.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), one hour lunch break
