Position:Mechanical Site Supervisor - Construction

Job Code:93146

Responsibility

・ Support Site Manager
・Manage and control budget estimates, project management (safety, quality, progress), quotation for design of small and medium-sized projects (ability to work independently)
・Manage the progress and deadline for project handover
・Supervise subcontractors on site
・Communicate and coordinate with customers and subcontractors
・Have knowledge of construction standards, fire protection standards and electrical equipment standards of Vietnam
・Do Safety training for workers according to Vietnamese hygiene and safety standards Knowledge of Vietnams Law on Occupational Safety and Health
・ Report, communicate and discuss in a timely manner with superiors.

- Working location: Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 17,000,000～22,000,000VND

Job requirement

Requirements


・Education: Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-50 years old
・Language: English Intermediate level
・Experience:
- Have more than 5-years of experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor and 2 years of site supervision at construction sites
- Have good computer knowledge and use, especially good at AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Able to report, communicate, and consult with others.
- Able to work at the project site.


・Experience working for Japanese company
・Willing to learn and can work under pressure
・Can work long term for the company
・High interpersonal communication skills
・Training, directing subordinates, engineers
