Job description

  • Handle the task related to accountant to match wih Vietnam policy
  • Daily tracking money in & out
  • Preparing monthly and annual accounts
  • Corporate document maintenance
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Receiving and storing invoices
  • Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
  • Handle admin task in company, including tracking working time, buying office stationeries, hiring staff...
  • Prepare monthly report and when required
  • Other tasks asign by GM
