Job description

Responsibilities

Delegate daily accounting and financial tasks to the CAS team to provide high-quality accounting services to DSAs Foreign Invested Enterprise clients.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify and meet changing requirements.
Analyze monthly client accounting data and provide explanations as needed. Implement digital solutions for data collection, bookkeeping, tax-filing, and client delivery.
Train and manage a team in HCMC to process remote accounting work.
Prepare and review CAS deliverables and communicate with government authorities and related organizations.
Support financial due diligence engagements and coordinate data transfer between DSA and client systems.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments. Deliver presentations and prepare articles on tax and accounting topics.

Qualification

This role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with additional points for experience working in foreign-invested enterprises.
The ideal candidate should have experience implementing ERP and SaaS products and systems in the country, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle ERP products being a plus.
International experience is also required, along with experience serving international clients.
Experience in the accounting services industry is also a plus.
