Job description

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will primarily be responsible for costing, planning for Contest/ Compensation scheme for AD; making different statistics, analysis to support business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Costing Contest/Compensation scheme for partners & salesforce
  • Perform report, statistic and others adhoc requirements…
  • Work closely with internal departments to handle daily tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by ADP Head, AD Head.

Job requirement

Education, no. of year experience:

- University degree or above (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Banking…);

- 1-3 year experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance

- Related experience in Planning/Contest/Compensation…will be preferable.

Skills:

  • Good at Mathematics, logical thinking
  • Good computer skill, especially in using Excel, Access, Power point.
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Passionate, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • PBI, SQL skill will be preferable
