Job description

  • Leading team for centralized operations reports, and be owner of the CRM platform (By supporting the users, making & analysing reports from the system).
  • Create & analyse operations report (including reports from Salesforce).
  • Working with IT for data intelligence system, by consolidating & providing requirements for reports.
  • Support Marketing teams on using CRM platform (Salesforce)

Job requirement

  • Minimum 5years working experience in financial or business analysis.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or any CRM platform. Familiar on setting any software or system.
  • Good leadership skill, at least three years experienced with manager level.
  • ommercial or Finance background (Accounting experienced in Management Accountant is acceptable).
  • Being passion & updated in technologies (Software/ Coding/ Platform/ AI)…
  • Willing to learn. Good analysis skill, having structured & logical thinking.
