Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing driver supply, managing driver side commercials and increasing vehicle utilization
  • Responsible for fleet training/education, manage drivers to achieve the highest standard of customer experience and adherence to agreed SOPs and SLAs
  • Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices to clients; handle drivers’ payments
  • Generate ideas and process optimizations to streamline the daily operational duties
  • Assist in reviewing the SOP of the current logistics and operations team
  • Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs

Job requirement

What are we seeking:

  • An outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background);
  • An ambitious individual who has a go getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to our daily operations needs;
  • Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
  • Autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with an ever-changing working environment.

What you need:

  • College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations
  • Guaranteed to work full time for at least 6 months
  • Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
  • Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
  • Have a smartphone, personal laptop and transportation
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal
  • Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized
